Sponsorship Information
On Thursday, June 10, 2021, Aston Oak’s 18-hole golf course will host the Association’s 35th Annual Golf Outing. By using the 18-hole facility to host our event, we can host up to 160 golfers providing even more owners, multi-site managers, property managers, leasing consultants and other vendors for you to meet and greet. Here’s more information on how to get more bang for your buck.

There are NINE types of sponsorships available. You may select the type you want based on the level of participation you want the day of the outing. Hole sponsorships require the most participation while other types require only minimal participation. We strongly encourage all hole sponsors to have a representative from their company sitting at their sponsored hole. IF you cannot guarantee this, we recommend you consider a different sponsorship option that does not involve as much participation. To encourage hole participation, the golf committee will be hosting the Golfer’s Choice Award to the hole voted the best!

GCNKAA reserves the right to reserve any par 3 hole for any company who offers a major giveaway (such as a car or boat) that requires a specified distance. All par 3 holes automatically include a $5000 hole-in-one contest and cost $500 instead of the standard $400 for the other hole sponsorships. If you would prefer to do a contest for a car, boat or other large giveaway, please contact Michele at the Association. All will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Type of Sponsorship          No. Available          Cost of Each

All sponsors receive signage at the outing, pre-event marketing exposure and public acknowledgement of sponsorship during dinner the day of the outing. Hole and beverage sponsors also have the unique opportunity to create a memorable impression and build relationships at their sponsored hole/station. Beverage sponsors will be listed on the beverage cups distributed during the outing and trophy sponsors will be listed on the trophies. All sponsors are also invited to donate door prizes or give-aways to all participants.

The bag drop sponsorship will allow you and up to seven (7) additional employees from your company to meet each golfer as they enter the course. You will be provided signage at the bag drop, provided with a roster to inform each golfer of their starting hole and will be allowed to distribute material directly to them. If you have at least seven additional employees to help you, you have the chance to help them unload their golf bag and put it on their cart. If you do not have enough employees to help, you can keep this simply as a meet and greet opportunity. Furthermore, a putting green sponsorship is included in the price of the bag sponsorship so that you may host a game during the outing and meet and greet golfers again while they move around the course.

Due to liquor licenses, NO sponsor is permitted to bring ANY alcoholic beverages onto the course. All alcoholic beverages will be provided by the course ONLY. There will also NOT be any beer at beverage stations. Beer and liquor will be provided only by two beverage carts controlled by Aston Oaks employees that will drive around the course all day. Beverage stations for the 2021 outing are located on holes 4, 8, 12 and 16. Please note that if you select one of these holes as a hole sponsorship, there is a chance you may have beverage sponsors nearby.

*Holes 1, 3, 6, 10, 11, 13 and 16 are accessible from the street and GCNKAA will not assist with delivery of items to these holes. If you plan on bringing a large amount of supplies to your hole, please consider reserving one of these holes. GCNKAA reserves the right to move your sponsorship to a different hole to accommodate this.

Please read and understand the following statements that are required prior to securing your sponsorship.
_____I understand and agree that, due to liquor licenses for the course and association, I cannot bring or distribute any alcoholic beverages on the course during the golf outing. Any alcohol brought in or distributed by any sponsor will be confiscated by the course staff.

_____I understand and agree that my sponsorship is for the member company listed above only. Only promotional materials of said company listed above may be displayed or distributed by sponsors.

_____I understand and agree that, due to liability issues, no sponsors are permitted to have golf carts on the course during the outing.

Course Information and Directions
Situated on rolling terrain above the Ohio River, Aston Oaks takes full advantage of its magnificent location on what was once the initial stake of President William Henry Harrison. Each hole, dramatically sculpted from stands of huge white oak, hickory and other native hardwoods, is a picture waiting to be taken – with its own particular challenge to the golfer.

Directions to Aston Oaks 1 Aston Oaks Drive, North Bend, OH
From Downtown, eastern Cincinnati and Kentucky:
Follow US 50 (River Road) W. for approximately 14 miles. Turn right on Shady Lane to left on Aston Oaks. Follow Aston Oaks to the right to the golf course.

From northern and western parts of Cincinnati:
Take I-275 W to I-74 E (towards Cincinnati) to Exit 11 (Rybolt Rd/Harrison Pike) and follow Rybolt to the right. Turn right on Wesselman (bottom of hill at light) to left on Taylor. Follow Taylor to right on Dog Trot. Take Dog Trot to left on Bridgetown Rd. Take a slight right from Bridgetown onto Shady Lane. Turn right on Aston Oaks and follow to the right to the clubhouse.
