The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association’s 2015 Prestige Awards are a celebration of all the accomplishments our members have achieved in the multi-family housing industry. In an encore performance of previous Prestige Awards – which have won national recognition as winners of the coveted National Apartment Association Paragon Award of Excellence – we are once again seeking your help to make it bigger and better than before. The Prestige Awards is a competition among our members as well as an awards banquet to honor the best in the multifamily housing industry. The Call for Entries containing the list of categories, judging criteria and entry requirements will be inserted in an upcoming issue of the Apartment Advantage and will be available to download from www.gcnkaa.org. The Prestige Awards 2015 – an event 10 years in the making – will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 6:00 pm at the Hyatt Hotel, downtown. Comparable to the Grammy Awards, this black-tie preferred affair will host dining, entertainment and the fantastic Prestige Awards program. Please keep in mind that the level of your sponsorship determines your seating arrangement at the Prestige Awards 2015 * ad must be Prestige Awards related Download Call For Sponsors ADVERTISING INFORMATION All print advertising will appear in a specially produced commemorative awards program for the event. The back cover is reserved for the Platinum sponsorship while the inside front cover and inside back cover will be full color and are included with Gold Level Sponsorships. Only the first two Gold Level Sponsorship confirmations will be guaranteed in one of these premiere positions. All other gold sponsorships will recive a full color, full page ad within the pages of the program. All ads must be received as either a digital file, which is preferred, or supplied as clean black/white artwork. PDF digital files are preferred, but must be saved for “Press Optimized” or a similar format. When sending digital files that are not pdf files, please also provide all required logos, photos and fonts. Other types of digital files that are acceptable include InDesign files, Photoshop and Illustrator. Please call Michele to work out the details regarding these files. All artwork should be sized properly using the dimensions below. For full color ads, provide a full color (CMYK) pdf file, along with a color proof. Incorrectly sized ads will not be floated. PLEASE PROVIDE A HARD COPY OF FINAL AD AS A PROOF. Bleeds are not available.
