Best Leasing Consultant – Either on-site of off-site
Best Multi-Site Manager – 2-3 communities with greater than 200 units
Best Multi-Site Manager – 4 or more communities with greater than 400 units
Best Associate Member – Management
Best Associate Member – Non-Management such as an account executive or sales representative
Best Maintenance or Groundsperson – Either on-site or off-site
Best Maintenance Supervisor or Director
Best Community Manager – Responsible for one property
Best Administrative Assistant – Associate Member
Best Administrative Assistant – Property Management Company
Best Housekeeper
Best Independent Rental Owner (IRO) – Owner with less than 200 total units
