Take Advantage Of Our Sponsorship Opportunities

On Monday, September 27, Oasis Golf Course will host the Association’s 16th Annual Fall Golf Classic benefiting the GCNKAA Industry Defense Fund. The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association will be able to use all the net proceeds to meet our commitments to the National Apartment Association (NAA), the Kentucky Apartment Association (KAA) and the Ohio Apartment Association (OAA) government funds as well as provide backing for the legislative committee’s political needs.


The Fall Golf Outing Benefiting the Industry Defense Fund offers several sponsorship opportunities for all our members. As a vendor, a sponsorship gives you the chance to get your company name out in front of 136 decision makers in the multi-family housing industry. As a hole sponsor, you also get the chance to take it one step further and meet and greet all golfers on your tee box. As a Primary Member, sponsorship shows your support of the legislative efforts of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association. After all, all net proceeds directly benefit our Industry Defense Fund which is used to fight or support vital legislation at the local, state and federal levels.

*Holes 4 and 16 are Premier Holes and will have limited stocked coolers with canned beer and Whiteclaw at their hole. Each golfer will receive one additional BONUS ticket to use at EITHER one of those holes. Ticket will include sponsor company logos on them and must be turned in by the golfer to receive their drink. Sponsor is responsible for collecting tickets and ensuring the number of distributed cans equals the number of tickets collected. 

**Snack Bag sponsor provides bag with snacks and promotional materials for all golfers and may distribute them at check-in table.

All sponsors receive signage at the outing, pre-event marketing exposure and public acknowledgement of sponsorship during dinner the day of the outing. Hole and beverage sponsors also have the unique all-day opportunity to create a memorable impression and build relationships at their sponsored hole/station. Dinner sponsors will also get the opportunity to give a one-minute speech during dinner. All sponsors are also invited to donate door prizes or give-aways to all participants.
 
We are also seeking one Presenting Sponsor at $3000 and three Event Sponsors for $1500 each. These sponsors will receive all of the benefits listed above PLUS get their company name included as an event sponsor on all promotional material.

Please note GCNKAA has the right to move hole sponsors to different holes to accommodate these sponsorships.

This is a pre-paid event and full payment is due one week prior to the outing.

Due to liquor license, no outside alcohol will be permitted at the Oasis Golf Course. By agreeing to this sponsorship for the 2021 Fall Golf Classic, you are agreeing to follow the rules and guidelines of the host facility (Oasis Golf Club) and the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA). Any sponsor or golfer who distributes any outside alcohol without the written permission of Oasis Golf Course will be financially responsible for any fine the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) incurs as a result of this violation.  Any violation of this policy, will result in the GCNKAA either: a) charging your credit card on file or b) sending an invoice to the sponsoring Member equal to the full amount of the fine. The offending individual or company shall also be banned from all future GCNKAA activities, meeting, or other events, until said invoice is paid in full to the GCNKAA and posted.

All sponsors must read and initial the following statements that are required prior to securing your sponsorship.
_____I understand and agree that, due to liquor licenses for the course and association, I cannot bring or distribute any alcoholic beverages on the course during the fall golf outing. Any alcohol brought in or distributed by any sponsor will be confiscated by the course staff. See above regarding violation of this policy including potential fines levied by the golf course.


_____I understand and agree that any food prepared on the course by a sponsor must be approved by the course prior to the event. All food needs to be prepared and cooked to the requirements set and maintained by the course. Any food that is not prepared correctly or not approved by the course will be confiscated.


_____I understand and agree that my sponsorship is for the member company listed above only. Only promotional materials of said company listed above may be displayed or distributed by sponsors.
