Don’t miss YOUR opportunity to meet the decision makers in property management companies. Similar to Speed Dating, this IN-PERSON Business Exchange on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, allows you to present YOUR products and services to local multifamily executives in timed, personal meetings as you network from table to table.
As an associate member... this is your chance to meet and greet key decision makers at 15 - 20 different participating property owners and management companies...all in one place. Also, as an associate member, you will be featured in the event booklet, emailed to all participants prior to the in-person event. You may send either a full color half-page ad (7.5" wide by 4.8" tall press-quality pdf) or provide a brief description of your company and the products or services you provide. This ad or paragraph(s) is due by October 1, 2021. If GCNKAA does not receive any information from your company for your listing, we will simply add your contact information. Silent Lunch Auction Please be sure to take advantage of our silent auction where we auction off lunch for two from your company with key decision makers from top property owner and management companies. Be sure to watch for the lunch packages as their information is confirmed. As a primary member... this is your chance to meet with as many suppliers as possible in one place in 5- minute increments.
Due to its popularity, returning this year, GCNKAA will be providing all associate members attending this event with a program listing the management company information. This form will be sent to you to complete after you agree to participate this year. Please email a team photo or headshots of individuals attending the Business Exchange on your behalf so that we may include them in the event program. Your first meeting will be based on which company name you draw from a basket and then you will continue to rotate around the floor in a clockwise order. Depending on the total number of primary companies that participate and the total number of other associate members who register, you may have to wait a few rotations between meetings. IMPORTANT DEADLINES October 8: Deadline to register for this event AND have your company information included in the event booklet. October 11: Deadline to submit either one 1/2 page ad (7.5” wide x 4.8” tall) OR a brief paragraph about your products or services, including contact information and website. This will be used in the event booklet distributed to all pre-registered attendees prior to the event. Ads should be press-quality pdf or high resolution jpg files sized correctly. Ad OR paragraph should be emailed directly to michele@gcnkaa.org. October 14: Deadline to register for this event. Your information will NOT be included in the event booklet. October 15: All attendees will receive the event booklet via email. Booklet will contain a list of all participating property management companies and individual attendees as well as company information. |
